口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的应用及临床有效性分析——以黄冈市中心医院口腔科为例

Application and Clinical Effectiveness of Orthodontic Treatment of Anterior Tooth Displacement Caused by Periodontal Disease——Taking the Department of Stomatology of Huanggang Central Hospital as an example

目的分析口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的应用及临床有效性。方法选择黄冈市中心医院牙周病致前牙移位患者共70例,数字表随机分2组每组35例,对照组的患者给予牙周基础治疗,观察组在该基础上增加口腔正畸治疗。比较两组患者对治疗的满意评价、治疗前后患者牙齿松动程度、前牙覆盖、牙周袋深度、总有效率、不良反应。结果观察组患者对治疗的满意评价高于对照组,治疗后患者牙齿松动程度、前牙覆盖、牙周袋深度低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。两组均无不良反应,P>0.05。结论牙周基础联合口腔正畸治疗对于牙周病致前牙移位的治疗效果确切,可有效缩小前牙移位,并改善牙周袋情况,且安全性高,值得推广和应用。

Objective:To analyze the application and clinical effectiveness of orthodontic treatment of anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease.Methods:A total of 70 patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease in our hospital were selected.The digital table was randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given periodontal basic treatment,and the observation group was added orthodontic treatment on this basis.The satisfactory evaluation of the two groups,the degree of tooth loosening,anterior tooth coverage,periodontal pocket depth,total effective rate and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared.Results:The satisfactory evaluation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the degree of tooth loosening,anterior tooth coverage and periodontal pocket depth of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Periodontal foundation combined with orthodontic treatment is effective in the treatment of anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease.It can effectively reduce anterior tooth displacement and improve the condition of periodontal pocket,which has high safety and is worthy of popularization and application.
