摘要
当前全球供应链面临着各种运营和中断风险,风险管理已成为当今复杂供应链的当务之急,如何制定合理有效的供应链风险管理识别体系是供应链决策者应该考虑的问题。鉴于供应链网络在许多方面类似于化工生产体系。因此,化学生产过程中有效管理风险的成熟方法和概念可以适应于供应链。文章从供应链风险入手,阐述了供应链风险的定义、风险类型和管理框架以及危害与可操作性分析的起源与流程。文章基于危害与可操作性分析提出了一种结构化的供应链风险识别与控制方法,为供应链风险管理体系建设提供了相关建议与指南。
The global supply chain is now facing operational and interruption risks variedly.And risk management has become imperative for today s complex supply chains.Supply chain decision-makers should consider how to develop a reasonable and effective supply chain risk management identification system.Given that the supply chain networks are similar to chemical production processes in many aspects,mature methods and concepts for effective risk management from the chemical production process can be adapted to supply chains.This paper starts with supply chain risk,expounds the definition,risk types and management framework of supply chain risk,as well as the origin and process of HAZOP analysis.This paper introduces a structured supply chain risk identification approach based on HAZOP analysis(Hazard and Operability)and provides relevant suggestions and guidelines for the construction of supply chain risk management system.
