Through the practical experience in the fields of video and audio network design and small to medium-sized network design and construction,the optimization method for the TV production and broadcasting network management was analyzed.The broadcast quality can be improved by conducting reasonable selection of the TV production and broadcasting network construction scheme,then combining with optimization of program upload,broadcast control software and post broadcast management.By innovating and transforming the television production and broadcasting network as well as combining with reasonable management and broadcasting workflow,the content sharing of program resources can be realized and the utilization rate of program resources can be improved.
