摘要 基于国内外最新科研成果,设计了纤维素酸催化水解制备乙酰丙酸的专业综合实验。从实验原料、仪器设备、反应与后处理、工艺影响以及机理分析等方面做了实验指导以及教学说明;对“课程思政”实施和教学实践分析与考核进行了阐述。该实验具有科学前沿性好、实验学生可操作性强、专业理论知识深、内容综合性强的特点,有利于培养具有创新能力、实践能力和理论深度的新型化工和能源工程专业人才。 Based on the latest scientific research achievements,this paper designs a professional comprehensive experiment for the preparation of levulinic acid by acid catalytic hydrolysis of cellulose.Experimental guidance and teaching instructions on experimental raw materials,instruments and equipment,reaction and post-treatment,process influences and mechanism analysis are discussed.The implementation of“curriculum thought and politics”and the analysis and examination of its teaching practice are expounded.The experiment shows good scientific frontier,strong operability,deep professional theoretical knowledge and strong comprehensiveness content,which is conducive to cultivating new chemical and energy engineering professionals with innovation ability,practical ability,and theoretical depth.
