基于层次分析法的快递分拨中心选址研究

在全球化脚步不断加快的同时,各种各样的快递分拨中心陆续诞生。中心选址是极为重要的步骤,中心能否发挥应有的功效和选址息息相关。快递分拨中心在选址时,考虑的因素基本上有库存量、需求量、运输成本等,并会按照相关要求来明确快递中心的数量。但具体选址时,还是存在地理、经济、环境、交通等无法确定的因素,导致中心选址结果受到一定的影响。文中主要是探究基于层次分析法之上的快递中心选址问题,以期为快递中心更为科学的选址提供有效参考。

While the pace of globalization is accelerating,various express distribution centers have been born one after another. The location of the center is an extremely important step. Whether the center can perform its due function is closely related to the location. When selecting the location of the express distribution center,the factors considered basically include inventory,demand,transportation costs,etc.,and the number of express centers is clarified in accordance with relevant requirements. However,in the specific site selection,there are still uncertain factors such as geography,economy,environment,and transportation,which all cause the results of the center site selection to be affected to a certain extent. This article mainly explores the location of the express center based on the analytic hierarchy process,hoping to provide an effective reference for the more scientific location of the express center.
