Dongying is a big city for the production and transportation of dangerous chemicals.The operation and management of dangerous chemicals transportation vehicles involve many links such as loading,unloading,parking and driving and some government sectors such as emergency department,police,transport agency,etc.,which is hard to supervise with high safety risks.Studying how to reduce the risk of hazardous chemicals logistics,maximize the safety control of dangerous chemicals logistics transportation enterprises,ensure the safety of dangerous chemicals in the process of logistics transportation,and reduce the probability of accidents is very important in theory.This paper can provide a theoretical basis for the enterprises and the government.
