“一带一路”背景下物流管理人才的多维度培养模式研究

A Study on the Multi-dimensional Training Mode of Logistics Management Talents under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative

我国"一带一路"倡议为物流业的发展带来新的机遇和挑战,也对物流管理人才提出了新的要求。"一带一路"倡议中包含丝绸之路经济带、海上丝绸之路、网上丝绸之路三个方面,文中从这三个方面出发,推演出为适应"一带一路"倡议需要的物流管理人才的需求类型、能力框架、知识结构及教学体系。构建了针对物流管理人才的多维度培养模式,并作出了对策分析。

The Belt and Road initiative of China has brought new opportunities and challenges for the development of logistics industry. And it also puts forward new requirements for logistics management talents. The Belt and Road initiative includes the Silk Road Economic Belt,the Maritime Silk Road and the Online Silk Road. From the three aspects,this paper concludes the demand type,the capacity framework,knowledge structure and teaching system for training logistics management talent who can meet the requirements of the Belt and Road initiative. A multi-dimensional training mode for logistics management talents is constructed,and the countermeasure analysis is made.
