摘要
针对物流行业对高端人才的需求暂时无法得到满足,传统物流管理教学落后于时代发展,物流管理专业学生就业难等问题,文中利用ROST CM6模型对2000年以来的41882条关于物流管理专业的网络评论进行文本分析,基于认知-情感模型,研究当前社会对于物流管理方面人才的需求特性转变的原因、方向以及物流管理专业未来的发展趋势,以期给出物流管理人才的培养建议,并对物流管理专业学生未来就业提出发展建议。
As the need for high-end talents of the logistics industry cannot be met for the time being,traditional logistics management teaching lags behind the development of the times,and logistics management students are difficult to find employment,this paper uses ROSTCM6 model to make a text analysis on 41882 online reviews related to logistics management major since 2000. And then,based on the cognitive emotion model,the reasons and directions of changes of demand characteristics of logistics management talents in the current society and the future development trend of logistics management major are studies,so as to provide recommendations for the training of logistics management professionals and give development suggest ions for students of logistics management major for future employment.
