区域经济发展中物流人才培养策略分析研究

Analysis and Research on Logistics Talents Training Strategy in Regional Economic Development

随着经济发展,物流业逐渐兴起,特别是在区域经济发展中,物流行业作为复合型产业,对区域经济的贡献越来越多。但在物流业蓬勃发展过程中,对操作型物流人才、管理型人才的培养过程是否适合市场引发人们的思考。文中针对上述问题进行调查研究,对区域经济发展过程中物流人才培养问题进行探讨并提出对策,为物流人才的培养提供借鉴与指导。

With the development of economy,logistics industry is rising gradually,especially in the development of regional economy,and as a composite industry,it makes more and more contributions to regional economy. However,in the process of the flourishing development of logistics industry,whether the training process of operational logistics talents and managerial talents is suitable for the market or not sets us thinking. This paper carries out investigation and research in the light of the above problems,probes into the training of logistics talents in the process of regional economic development,and puts forward some countermeasures to provide a reference and guidance for the training of logistics talents.
