Research on the Training Path of High-quality Applied Undergraduate Talents

在国家提倡高质量就业的背景下,本科毕业生的高质量输出势在必行。应用型本科高校作为地方经济发展所需人才的主要供给方,在人才培养过程中,不能完全借鉴研究型大学的经验,而是需要根据社会发展,探索具备自身特色的人才培养之路。首先厘清高质量应用型本科人才的内涵,分析高质量应用型本科人才培养的实现逻辑,然后基于OBE理念探讨人才培养方案的设计方法,最后从实施层面提出高质量应用型本科人才培养的具体策略,研究的结果具有一定的实用参考价值。

Under the background that the country promotes high-quality employment,high-quality output of graduates is imperative. As the main supplier of talents needed for local economic development,applied undergraduate universities cannot fully learn from the experience of research universities in the process of talent training,but explore ways of talent training with their own characteristics based on social development. This paper first clarifies the connotation of high-quality applied undergraduate talents,analyzes the realization logic of high-quality applied undergraduate talent training,then discusses the design method of talent training programs based on the OBE concept,and finally proposes specific strategies for high-quality applied undergraduate talent training from the implementation level,of which the results of the research have certain practical reference value.
