摘要
现代学徒制是高职院校重要的人才培养模式,在教育部颁布了关于开展现代学徒制试点工作意见的背景下,各大高职院校正在积极探索现代学徒制人才培养模式,提升高职人才培养质量。文中以所在教学单位物流管理专业实施现代学徒制为研究对象,通过对参与现代学徒制的高职物流学生和老师以及企业导师进行问卷调查,并运用SPSS软件对问卷结果以及现代学徒制与物流职业能力相关性进行分析,得到研究结果;并从企业角度、学校角度、教师角度、学生角度四个层面分析现代学徒制视域下如何提升高职物流学生职业能力,为提升高职物流学生职业能力奠定理论基础。
The modern apprenticeship is an important talent training mode in higher vocational colleges. Under the background of the Ministry of Education issuing the opinion on developing the modern apprenticeship pilot work,the major higher vocational colleges are actively exploring the modern apprenticeship training mode to improve the quality of higher vocational training. Based on the research of the modern apprenticeship system in the logistics management major of the teaching unit,through the implementation of a questionnaire to the logistics students and teachers of higher vocational colleges and enterprise instructors who participate in the modern apprenticeship system,this paper uses SPSS software to analyze the results of the questionnaire and the correlation between modern apprenticeship and logistics professional capacity,and the results of the study are obtained;from the four angles of enterprises,schools,teachers and students,analyzes how to enhance the vocational ability of logistics studens in higher vocational colleges,which lays the theoretic foundation for vocational ability of logistic students in higher vocational colleges.
