医院护理管理者对开展远程护理态度及阻滞因素分析

Attitudes of nursing managers toward implementation of telenursing and the barriers

目的了解我国医院护理管理者对开展远程护理的态度及远程护理开展的阻滞因素,为制订促进远程护理举措提供参考。方法对我国11个省市的86所二、三级医院的86名护理管理者采用一般资料问卷、远程护理态度和阻滞因素问卷进行调查。结果护理管理者开展远程护理态度得分3.87±0.71,医院属地及职称是其主要影响因素(均P<0.05);开展远程护理阻滞因素得分3.84±0.62,其中得分最高的为组织相关因素(4.20±0.91)、最低的为护士工作和操作相关因素(3.65±0.81)。结论护理管理者对开展远程护理持积极态度,态度受医院所在地区及职称的影响;组织及技术因素阻滞程度相对较大。相关部门应积极应对,解决问题,完善措施,以促进我国远程护理服务的开展。

Objective To understand the attitudes of hospital nursing managers toward implementation of telenursing and the barriers in China,so as to provide reference for developing measures to advance telenursing.Methods Eighty-six nursing managers from 86 secondary or tertiary hospitals in 11 provinces in China were invited to fill out a self-designed questionnaire regarding their sociodemographic data,attitudes toward telenursing and the barriers.Results Their attitudes toward implementation of telenursing scored 3.87±0.71,which were affected by the hospital location and their professional title(P< 0.05 for both).Barriers to implementing telenursing scored 3.84±0.62,with the highest score in the organization related domain(4.20±0.91) and the lowest score in the nurses′ work and operation domain(3.65±0.81).Conclusion Nursing managers have a positive attitude towards implementation of telenursing,and their attitudes may be affected by their professional title and the location of the hospital.Organizational and technical factors may hinder the development of telenursing.Relevant administrative departments should actively respond to,solve problems,and take measures to promote the development of telenursing in China.
