Application of VFP Technology in Enrollment Data Analysis

为了提高招生录取数据在高校工作中的应用效率,发挥原始数据对其他工作的推进和参考作用,从专业设置、录取专业志愿序号角度分析高校招生录取数据是十分必要的。本文通过分析录取原始数据,探讨在VFP中修改数据表结构、合并数据、查询数据、统计数据以及转换数据格式的方法。实践表明,用此方法得到的数据统计表能够满足高校制订招生计划和专业调整方案等工作的需求。

In order to improve the application efficiency of enrollment data in the work of colleges and give full play to the promotion and reference role of the original data in other work,it is necessary to analyze the enrollment data of colleges from the perspective of specialty setting and enrollment volunteer serial number.By analyzing the original data,this paper discusses the methods of modifying data table structure,merging data,querying data,statistical data and transforming data format in VFP.The results of practice show that the data statistical table obtained by this method can meet the needs of colleges and universities in formulating enrollment plans and major adjustment plans.
