摘要
高等教育的改革,尤其是单学科的特色化教学改革,对推动学科发展、开展创新教育、培养创新型人才十分关键。"畜产品加工工艺学"课程具有知识结构复杂、覆盖面广、实用性强等特点,适合应用案例教学的教学方法。以液态奶杀菌、肉色变化等为例,归纳了案例教学在加强"畜产品加工工艺学"课程思政、专业知识教学效果中的作用,并提出在具体实施中,要融合中国传统教学中优秀教育理论和经验,注重案例教学和讲授教学的穿插进行,注意案例教学方法的中国化。社会、学校、学生和教师等多方共同努力来确保案例教学的顺利进行,为卓越农林应用型复合人才和学科创新型人才的培养探索道路,为培养合格的中国特色社会主义事业发展建设者和接班人贡献力量。
The reform of higher education,especially the characteristic teaching reform of a single academic discipline,is very important to promote the development of the academic discipline,carry out innovative education and cultivate innovative talents. The course of Animal Products Processing Technology has the characteristics of complex knowledge structure,wide coverage and strong practicability,which is suitable for the teaching method of case teaching. Taking liquid milk sterilization and fresh meat color change for example,summarized the influence of case teaching on course ideological and professional knowledgethe teaching effect for the course of Animal Products Processing Technology. This artical emphasized the fusion of traditional Chinese excellent education theory and experience when we implement the case teaching,emphasized the alternate between case teaching and traditional teaching method,and emphasized the application of the case teaching method in Chinese style. At the end of this artical,the authors suggested that the society,schools,students and teachers should make joint efforts to ensure the smooth progress of case teaching to explore the way for the cultivation of excellent agriculture and forestry application-oriented talents and disciplinary innovative talents,and to make contributions to training qualified builders and successors for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
