摘要
随着食品科技的快速发展和高等教育变革的深入推进,培养具有德才兼备、能力卓越的高质量食品人才是专业课程教学的一项重要使命。"食品专业导论"是面向新生开设的专业引导课程,在激发学习能动性、融合创新创业教育等方面具有独特优势。以"双一流"建设为背景,深入分析课程改革基础与现状,研究构建"食品专业导论"课程教学与创新创业教育的融合路径,形成以"课程内容建设、多模态融合、高频次路演、实践基地拓展"为育人体系的教学方法,为高校课程改革提供理论参考。
With the rapid development of food science and technology as well as the further promotion of higher education reform,it is a significant mission of the specialty course teaching to cultivate high-quality food talents with excellent ability and moral integrity. As a specialized course for guiding new student,Introduction to Food Science would have a unique advantage in stimulating learning initiative,integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education,and so on. In this work,an integration scheme of Introduction to Food Science course teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship education was established by analyzing the foundation and current situation of curriculum reform in the context of double world-class construction. Finally,the educational system of curriculum content construction, multi-mode integration, high-frequency roadshow and practice base expansion was constructed as a teaching method,which would provide a theoretical reference for curriculum reform of university.
