聚烯烃催化剂母液回收工艺过程探讨和优化

摘要 Ziegler-Natta催化剂是重要的聚烯烃催化剂,催化剂生产中的母液回收是一个相对困难的过程,迄今为止对催化剂母液的回收工艺研究相对较少。对比相关国内外专利技术和文献上不同母液回收工艺的特点,探讨了聚烯烃催化剂含四氯化钛母液的特性及不同回收工艺对它的影响因素,阐述了母液回收工艺的优化方法,提出分离固体、多种工艺联用的建议和对母液的直接测试方法需进一步研究的展望。 Ziegler-Natta catalyst is an important polyolefin catalyst.The recovery of mother liquor in catalyst production is a relatively difficult process.To date studies on the recovery process of catalyst mother liquor are still limited.The characteristics of different mother liquor recovery processes on relevant domestic and foreign patent technologies and literature are compared.The characteristics of the polyolefin catalyst mother liquor containing titanium tetrachloride and the influencing factors of different recovery processes are discussed.The optimization method of the mother liquor recovery process is described.Suggestions for the separation of solids,the combination of multiple processes,and the need for further research on direct test method of mother liquor are put forward.
