胰岛素泵持续皮下输注治疗儿童1型糖尿病的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察胰岛素泵持续皮下输注治疗儿童1型糖尿病的疗效。方法将我院收治的44例儿童1型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用简单随机分组法分为对照组(n=21)、观察组(n=23),对照组采用多次皮下注射(MDI)治疗,观察组采用胰岛素泵持续皮下输注(SCⅡ)治疗。治疗2周,对比两组血糖、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)水平变化、低血糖发生率。结果治疗后两组FBG、2hPG及HOMA-IR均较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后MCP-1及MIF水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组低血糖发生率为9.5%,对照组30.4%,有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵持续皮下输注治疗儿童1型糖尿病的疗效优于多次皮下注射。 Objective: To observe the efficacy of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSⅡ) on the treatment of type 1 diabetes in children.Methods: Totally, 44 children with type 1 diabetes were admitted and treated in our hospital as the objects of study. They were divided into control group (n=21) and test group (n=23). Children in control group were received multiple daily insulin (MDI), while children in test group were received continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSⅡ). After two weeks treatment, the levels of blood glucose, MCP-1 and MIF, the incidence rate of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results: The levels of FBG、2hPG, HOMA-IR, MCP-1 and MIF were significantly decreased in the two groups, in addition, the test group were superior to the control group. The incidence rate of hypoglycemia in the test group (9.5%) was significant lower than that in the control group (30.4%) (P<0.05).Conclusions: Adopting continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion has significant better efficacy for treating type 1 diabetes in children.
