摘要
介绍了镍铁(FeNi40)化学分析用标准样品的研制过程,包括成分设计、样品冶炼、均匀性检验及最小称样量的确定、定值及数理统计及异常值处理等步骤。通过样品制备工艺保证了样品的均匀性,用F方差检验法检验样品的均匀性,均匀性良好。由多家实验室采用不同分析方法确定的标准值准确可靠。
The development process of ferronickel(FeNi40)Certified Reference Material was introduced,including composition design,sample preparation,homogeneity test,determination of minimum sample weight,setting value and data processing.The homogeneity of ferronickel(FeNi40)was ensured by sample preparation process.The homogeneity was tested by F-variance method,and the homogeneity was good.The standard values determined by multiple laboratories with different analytical methods are accurate and reliable.
