摘要
为解决环境风速对太阳辐射强度值测量准确度的影响,文中设计一种热电效应总辐射传感器。首先,利用建模软件构建出传感器探头的三维结构模型,使用流体动力学方法对传感器探头进行流固耦合传热分析;然后使用L⁃M算法对传感器进行误差修正,得到太阳辐射强度值与传感器两探头温差及环境风速之间的关系;最后设计硬件电路,并搭建一套太阳辐射模拟器实验平台,使用此传感器测量0~3 m/s范围内太阳辐射强度值并修正辐射误差,将经误差修正后测得的实验值与标准仪器参考值进行对比。实验结果表明,文中提出的太阳辐射传感器及误差修正算法具有较好的效果,经辐射误差修正后的实验值与参考值之间的相对误差不大于2.36%,以100~1050 W/m^(2)作为满量程时,满量程误差不大于1.37%。
A pyroelectric effect total radiation sensor is designed to eliminate the influence of environmental wind speed on the measurement accuracy of solar radiation intensity.The modeling software is used to build three⁃dimensional structure model of the sensor probe.The fluid dynamics method is used to analyze the fluid⁃solid coupling heat transfer of the sensor probe.The L⁃M algorithm is utilized to conduct the error correction for the sensor,so that the relationship of the solar radiation intensity with the temperature difference and the ambient wind speed of the two probes of the sensor is obtained.The hardware circuit is designed and a set of solar radiation simulator experimental platform is built.The sensor is used to measure the solar radiation intensity in the range of 0~3 m/s and correct the radiation error.The experimental value measured after the error correction is compared with the reference value of the standard instrument.The experimental results show that the proposed solar radiation sensor and error correction algorithm are wonderful effect,and the relative error between the experimental value after the radiation error correction and the reference value is not more than 2.36%.When taking 100~1050 W/m^(2) as the full scale,the full scale error is not more than 1.37%.
