民国时期昭通褐煤的开发利用

Development and Utilization of Zhaotong Lignite in the Republic of China Period

昭通盆地蕴藏着丰富的褐煤资源,较早之前当地人已把褐煤作为燃料使用。但由于技术条件的限制,开发力度较小,没能产生良好的经济效益。民国时期,由于工业经济的发展和进步,以及全国抗战形势的变化,国家对于能源的需求激增,加大了对资源的勘查与开发,原计划对昭通的褐煤进行大规模的开发利用,昭通的褐煤开发利用有所进步,但是总体仍处于低水平的开发阶段。考察民国时期昭通褐煤资源开发和利用的历史,回顾当时昭通社会发展的基本情况,能够较好的探讨当时昭通社会的内在运行机制和发展状况。

The Zhaotong Basin is rich in lignite resources,and the locals have used lignite as fuel earlier.However,due to the limitations of technical conditions,the development efforts were relatively small and failed to produce good economic benefits.During the period of the Republic of China,the development and utilization of Zhaotong lignite made some progress,but the overall development was still at a low level.At that time,due to the development and progress of the industrial economy and the changes in the national anti-Japanese situation,the country’s demand for energy increased sharply,and the exploration and development of resources were increased.The original plan was to carry out largescale development and utilization of lignite in Zhaotong.Investigating the history of the development and utilization of lignite resources in Zhaotong during the Republic of China,reviewing the basic situation of Zhaotong’s social development at that time,can better explore the internal operating mechanism and development of Zhaotong society at that time.
