摘要
师范生师德教育既是高校落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求,也是职前职后教师专业发展的迫切需要。实践视角下的师德养成打破传统的离身学习,以具身认知为理论指导、师范生专业素养提升为旨要和未来育德实效为追求。为此,具身化师德培育要遵循师德培养规律,强调师范生的身体在场;构筑“三全育人”具身化师德培育模式;树立用人导向,建立校外导师制,完善师德协同培养机制;依托师德预警,侧重师范生师德的过程生成性。
Concerning the teacher’s ethics education of normal university students,colleges and universities carry out the fundamental task of high moral values establishment and people cultivation,and teachers must aim at the urgent need for professional development before and after work.The cultivation of teacher’s ethics from the perspective of practice breaks the traditional disembodied learning and takes embodied cognition as the theoretical guidance,reaching the purpose of the enhancement of the professional quality of normal university students and the pursuit of the practical effect of future moral education.Therefore,the cultivation of embodied teacher’s ethics should follow the cultivation rules of teacher’s ethics and emphasize the presence of normal students.In order to establish the cultivation mode of the“San Quan”Education System embodied teacher’s ethics,we should set up the employment orientation,building the off-campus tutor system to perfect the cooperative training mechanism of teacher ethics,relying on the early warning of teacher’s ethics and focusing on the process generation of teacher’s ethics of normal university students.
