城市低碳交通发展的演化博弈分析

摘要 在经济快速发展的中国,城市低碳交通的发展成为社会各界关注的热点问题。基于演化博弈思想,构建低碳交通体系中居民和政府两大主体之间的演化博弈模型,分析并仿真模拟两个利益相关者之间的策略选择和动态演化过程。结果表明:政府在城市低碳交通发展中占主导地位,应积极引导居民低碳出行,完善对低碳出行居民的奖励机制;居民应增强自身低碳意识,自觉低碳出行,促进城市低碳交通的发展。 In China with rapid economic development,the development of urban low-carbon transportation has become a hot issue to sectors of society.Based on the idea of evolutionary game,the evolutionary game model between the residents and the government in the low-carbon transportation system is built,and the strategic choice and dynamic evolution process between the two stakeholders are analyzed and simulated.The results show that the government plays a dominant role in the development of urban low-carbon transportation.The government should actively guide residents to low-carbon travel and improve the incentive mechanism for low-carbon travel residents.Residents should enhance their low-carbon awareness and voluntarily travel low-carbon to promote the development of urban low-carbon transportation.
