基于六维模型的公共管理专业翻转课堂教学有效性研究

摘要 为应对信息化与知识大爆炸时代的挑战,公共管理专业迫切需要增强实践性、案例性以及探究式教学以提升人才培养水平与质量。翻转课堂遵循“以生为本”理念,以教育信息化为动力,通过线上线下混合教学的有机融合,突破传统课堂教学效果天花板,有利于公共管理专业课堂教学水平与质量的提升。在探讨公共管理翻转课堂教学有效性及其内涵演变基础上,提出翻转课堂教学有效性的六维模型,从教师、学生、教学内容体系、教学手段方法、教学环境、绩效评价六个维度探讨翻转教学有效性的内在要求与本质。最后,重点就公共管理专业如何有效的开展翻转课堂教学提出了相关策略建议。 In order to cope with the challenges of the knowledge explosion era,Public Administration major urgently needs to strengthen practical,case-specific,and exploratory teaching to improve the level and quality of student training.The flipped classroom follows the concept of"student-oriented",takes education informatization as the driving force,and breaks through the ceiling of traditional classroom teaching effect through the online and offline blended teaching.So,it is conducive to the improvement of classroom teaching level and quality for Public Administration major.Based on discussing the effectiveness and connotation evolution of Public Administration flipped classroom,this paper puts forward a six-dimension model to discuss the internal requirements and essence of flipped classroom effectiveness from six dimensions—teachers,students,teaching content system,teaching methods,teaching environment and performance evaluation.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to effectively carry out flipped classroom teaching in Public Administration major.
