摘要
探索党史学习教育的新载体、创新形式,促进党史学习教育贯通专业学习的全过程,形成协同机制。红色建筑既是优秀的建筑案例,又蕴含着丰富的党史,建筑文化与红色精神的统一性使之具备工程管理专业育才和党史的精神内涵育人双重价值。以红色建筑为载体,分析红色建筑的特征和党史精神内涵,理顺红色建筑党史对工程管理人才培养的逻辑,通过多元、生动且实践性强的教学形式,辅以沉浸式隐性教育,探索激活红色建筑的党史与工程管理专业人才培养的协同育人模式。
This paper explores the new carrier and innovative form of Party history learning and education,so as to promote the Party history learning and education through the whole process of professional learning and form a collaborative mechanism.Red buildings are an excellent architectural case,which contains rich Party history.The unity of architectural culture and red spirit makes it have the dual value of education in engineering management and the spiritual connotation of Party history.Besides,this paper takes red buildings as the carrier,analyzes the characteristics of red buildings and the spiritual connotation of Party history,and straightens out the logic of the Party history of red buildings on the cultivation of engineering management talents.By using multiple,vivid and practical teaching form as well as immersive implicit education,the collaborative education mode of activating the Party history of red buildings and engineering management talent cultivation is explored effectively.
