口令视频在中老年患者全髋关节置换术后功能锻炼中的应用

Application of physical rehabilitation video in functional exercises of middle-aged and elderly patients after total hip replacement

目的探讨口令视频在中老年患者全髋关节置换术后功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法将南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院骨科2020年8月至2021年2月收治的60例全髋关节置换术患者,按随机信封法分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组进行常规治疗、护理,护士按照《全髋关节置换术健康教育临床路径表》口述讲解功能锻炼,发放功能锻炼宣教彩页,患者自主锻炼。观察组除了实施对照组护理措施,病床床头安装智能床旁交互系统爱汇暖屏,观看功能锻炼微课视频,并跟随分解的口令视频进行功能锻炼。结果观察组功能锻炼依从性、护理满意度均高于对照组,术后1个月髋关节Harris评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口令视频的应用可提高中老年患者全髋关节置换术后功能锻炼依从性,促进患者术后髋关节功能的恢复,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of physical rehabilitation video in the functional exercises of middle-aged and elderly patients after total hip replacement.Method Sixty patients with total hip replacement admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,Huai’an First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University,from August 2020 to February 2021 were divided into the control group and the interventional group of 30 cases each according to the randomized envelope method.In the control group,conventional treatment and nursing care were given,nurses explained the functional exercise orally according to Clinical path sheet for health education of total hip replacement,distributed educational coloring pages for functional exercise,and patients exercised independently.In the interventional group,in addition to the measures above,Aihui warming screens at the bedside of the hospital bed were installed for patients watching the functional exercise micro-class video,and followed the physical rehabilitation video for functional exercise.Result The compliance with functional exercise and satisfaction with care were higher in the interventional group than in the control group,and the Harris hip function score at the end of 1 month after surgery was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of physical rehabilitation video can improve the compliance of functional exercise after total hip replacement in middle-aged and elderly patients,promote the recovery of postoperative hip joint function and improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing services.
