基于“瘀之为病谓之瘀”理论,提出“三瘀”是气郁、痰淤、血瘀统称的观点。认为正气亏虚、伏邪内藏是胃癌的基本病因;三瘀阻滞三焦,癌毒内生是核心病机;扶正气、抗癌毒、通三瘀、畅三焦为基本治则,调理中焦脾胃尤为重要。

Based on the view that"the disease induced by the stasis could be called as blood stasis disease",the author proposes the opinion that Qi depression,phlegm stagnation and blood stasis could be called as three stagnation collectively.Depletion of healthy Qi and the evil hidden in the internal are the primary causes of gastric cancer;three stagnation blocking triple energizer,and the endogenesis of cancer toxin are the core pathogenesis;enhancing healthy Qi,anticancer toxin,unobstructing three stagnation and triple energizer are the basic therapeutic principles,especially recuperating the middle energizer spleen and stomach.
