摘要
"90后"新生代员工逐渐成为职场的中坚力量,探寻契合"90后"员工特性的新型管理方式迫在眉睫。越来越多的组织将游戏设计元素应用于管理实践活动,游戏化管理能够通过影响员工的心理状态和行为来激发员工工作激情,提高工作效率。游戏化管理研究是管理领域的新兴课题,日益受到学者们的广泛关注,文章从个体层面和组织层面对游戏化管理的概念内涵、影响因素、效应等方面进行系统综述,在此基础上指出现有研究的不足,提出未来研究的发展方向。
The post-90 s employees have gradually become the backbone of the workplace,and it is urgent to explore new management methods that fit the characteristics of post-90 s employees.More and more enterprises integrate game design elements into management practices,and gamification management turns out to succeed in stimulating employees’work passion and improving their work efficiency by influencing their psychological state and behaviors.The study of gamification management is an emerging topic in the field of management,which has drawn growing attention from scholars.This paper systematically reviewed the concept,influence factors,and effects of gamification management from the levels of individuals and organizations,pointed out shortcomings of existing research,and proposed the development direction of future research.
