西北半干旱地区既有城市道路海绵化改造模式探索——以西宁为例 被引量:7

摘要 西宁属于西北高海拔半干旱地区,具有年均降雨量少、蒸发量高的气候特征。城市道路是城市径流雨水产流的主要组成部分。西宁现状城市道路均采用传统快排方式,存在雨水利用不佳、污染城市末端水系生态环境等问题。根据城市道路等级、下垫面及现状植被生长情况,分析西宁海绵城市建设试点区道路改造项目的特点,定制城市道路海绵化改造的技术路线,分类探讨解决西北半干旱地区城市道路初期雨水的径流污染控制及雨水利用问题。根据已完成海绵化改造的8条道路的经验,提炼西宁城市道路海绵化改造模式,以期为西北半干旱地区城市道路海绵化改造提供解决思路。 Xining City is located in a high-altitude and semi-arid area in the northwest of China,with climatic characteristics of low annual average rainfall and high evaporation.Urban roads are the major component of rainwater runoff production in urban stormwater runoff.The current urban roads in Xining City adopt traditional fast-discharging methods of rainwater piping system,which have problems such as poor utilization of rainwater and pollution of the ecological environment at the drainage terminal.Based on the grades,underlying surfaces and current vegetation growth of urban roads,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the reconstruction roads in the Experimental Area of the Sponge City Construction in Xining City,classifies and customizes the technical route of the urban road sponge transformation,and discusses the solution to the runoff pollution control of the initial rainwater on urban roads and rainwater utilization issues.According to the experience of 8 roads that have been completed with sponge modification,the paper refines the sponge road reconstruction model of urban roads in Xining City,in order to provide solutions for the urban road sponge transformation in highaltitude and semi-arid areas in the northwest.
