船舶橡胶护舷应用与安装技术探讨

Discussion on application and installation technology of marine rubber fender

橡胶护舷属于现代码头或者船舶中非常普遍的防撞缓冲装置,船舶停泊时能够利用橡胶护舷来降低冲击力,缓解码头与船舶的撞击力。橡胶护舷表现出弹性好、吸能强、维护保养成本低以及使用寿命长等突出优势,近年来已经在国内船舶航运中得以广泛应用。从20世纪60年代开始国内便已经着手研制生产橡胶护舷,进入新世纪之后我国航运业和船舶制造业得以飞速发展,橡胶护舷的作用得以进一步发挥。本文结合笔者实际研究,探讨了船舶橡胶护舷的应用及制造生产工艺,同时分析了橡胶护舷安装技术的优化措施。

Rubber fenders are a very common anti-collision buffer device in modern docks or ships.When the ship is berthing,the rubber fenders can be used to reduce the impact force and alleviate the impact force between the dock and the ship.Rubber fenders show outstanding advantages such as good elasticity,strong energy absorption,low maintenance costs and long service life,and have been widely used in domestic shipping in recent years.Since the 1960s,China has started to develop and produce rubber fenders.After entering the new century,China’s shipping industry and shipbuilding industry have developed rapidly,and the role of rubber fenders has been further brought into play.Combined with practical research,this paper discusses the application and manufacturing process of ship rubber fenders,and analyzes the optimization measures of rubber fender installation technology.
