摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,海洋资源的开发利用对提高我国的综合竞争力有着重要的作用。本文以聚酰胺为基体,以有机化改性蒙脱土和橡胶弹性体为增强剂,制备聚酰胺基复合材料。在实验室模拟海水环境进行浸泡实验,考察了聚酰胺及其复合材料在海洋环境下的耐腐蚀性,分析了材料的腐蚀表面形貌,获得了腐蚀时间对聚酰胺及其复合材料耐腐蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明,相同条件下,橡胶弹性体和有机化蒙脱土的加入在一定程度上增强了聚酰胺基复合材料的耐腐蚀性。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,the development and utilization of marine resources plays an important role in improving my country’s comprehensive competitiveness.In this paper,polyamide-based composites were prepared by using polyamide as matrix and organically modified montmorillonite and rubber elastomer as reinforcing agents.The immersion experiment was carried out in the laboratory to simulate the seawater environment,and the corrosion resistance of polyamide and its composites in the marine environment was investigated.At the same time,the corrosion surface morphology of the material was analyzed,and the effect of corrosion time on the corrosion resistance of polyamide and its composites was obtained.The research results show that under the same conditions,the addition of rubber elastomer and organic montmorillonite enhances the corrosion resistance of polyamide-based composites to a certain extent.
