摘要
花椒叶中多酚含量丰富。多酚具有抗氧化、调节人体神经系统功能、软化和疏通心血管、抗癌、调节机体新陈代谢、抗病毒和抗疲劳等多种生物活性功能。我国花椒叶的应用技术目前还在起步阶段,花椒叶中多酚的提取技术落后于很多国家。该研究基于此,对花椒叶多酚的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,花椒叶多酚的抗疲劳活性高于西洋参,花椒叶多酚提取的最佳工艺为乙醇浓度70%、超声波功率200 W、超声波时间30 min和料液比1∶20。
Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.leaves are rich in polyphenols.Polyphenols have a variety of bioactive functions such as antioxidation,regulating the function of the human nervous system,softening and dredging the cardiovascular system,anti-cancer,regulating the body's metabolism,anti-virus and anti-fatigue and so on.The application technology of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.leaves in China is still in its infancy,and the extraction technology of polyphenols from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.leaves lags behind many countries.Based on this,the extraction process of polyphenols from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.leaves is optimized in this study.The results show that the anti-fatigue activity of polyphenols from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.leaves is higher than that of American ginseng.The optimal extraction process of polyphenols from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.leaves is as follows:ethanol concentration is 70%,ultrasonic power is 200 W,ultrasonic time is 30 min and ratio of solid to liquid is 1∶20.
