摘要
玉米多酚是从玉米生产或加工的副产品中提取的一种生物活性成分,具有抗氧化和抑菌活性,在功能食品、保健品以及医药等领域具有潜在的应用价值,以近年来国内发表的文献为依据,总结概述了玉米多酚的提取工艺及其生物活性研究进展,并指出存在问题,展望其研究方向,为玉米多酚的深入研究及开发利用提供了参考依据。
Corn polyphenols is a type of bioactive ingredients extracted from the by-products in the production or processing of corn.Due to the antioxidative and antimicrobial activities of corn polyphenols,they have potential application value in the fields of functional food,health care products and medicine.Based on the domestic literature published in recent years,the research progress on extraction technology and bioactivity of corn polyphenols is summarized,the existing problems are pointed out,and the research direction is prospected,which have provided references for further research and development of corn polyphenols.
