射频导管消融术后早期应用胺碘酮对心房颤动患者疾病复发的预防效果

Prevention effect of early application of amiodarone after radiofrequency catheter ablation on recurrence in patients with atrial fibrillation

目的探讨射频导管消融术后早期应用胺碘酮对心房颤动(以下简称房颤)患者疾病复发的预防效果。方法选取2018—2019年信宜市人民医院收治的房颤患者76例,均接受射频导管消融术治疗。按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和试验组,各38例。患者均采用射频导管消融术治疗,对照组术后予以常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用胺碘酮治疗,均治疗3个月,随访12个月。比较2组不同时间点血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、左心房内径(LAD)、左心房容积(LAV)及房颤复发率。比较2组不良反应发生率。结果治疗后1周、1个月、3个月试验组血清hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组随访3、6、12个月LAD小于对照组,治疗后3个月及随访3、6、12个月LAV小于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组随访6、12个月房颤复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论射频导管消融术后早期应用胺碘酮可有效减轻房颤患者炎症反应,改善心房结构,降低房颤晚期复发率,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the prevention effect of early application of amiodarone after radiofrequency catheter ablation on recurrence in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods Seventy-six patients with atrial fibrillation who underwent radiofrequency catheter ablation in Xinyi City People's Hospital from 2018 to 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,38 cases in each group.All patients were accepted radiofrequency catheter ablation,then patients in control group were given routine treatment,patients in experimental group were given amiodarone,both groups were treated for 3 months,and followed up for 12 months.Serum hs-CRP level,LAD,LAV and recurrence rate at different points of treatment were compared between the two groups.Incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Serum hs-CRP level at 1 week,1 month,3 months after treatment of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).LAD at 3,6,12 months followed-up of experimental group were less than those of control group,LAV at 3 months after treatment and at 3,6,12 months followed-up of experimental group were less than those of control group(P<0.05).Recurrence rate 6,12 months followed-up of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early application of amiodarone after radiofrequency catheter ablation can alleviate inflammatory reaction of patients with atrial fibrillation,and improve atrial structure,reduce recurrence of atrial fibrillation,and with high safety.
