摘要
将含0.011%C和17.45%Cr(质量分数)的17Cr铁素体不锈钢铸坯在1050℃轧至14.5 mm厚,然后分别再加热至800℃和900℃轧至5 mm厚钢板。检测了不同温度始轧的钢板的显微组织、晶粒取向和力学性能。结果表明:与在900℃始轧的17Cr钢热轧板相比,在800℃始轧的钢板纤维状晶粒更细小、组织更均匀,部分晶粒中出现剪切带,α织构较少,γ织构增多,屈服强度和抗拉强度更高。
17Cr ferritic stainless steel casting blank,containing 0.011%C and 17.45%Cr by mass,was rolled to as thick as 14.5 mm at 1050℃,and then was reheated to 800℃ and 900℃ and rolled into 5-mm-thick plate,respectively.The hot-rolled steel plate was tested for microstructure,grain orientation,and mechanical properties.The results indicated that the 17Cr steel plate initially rolled at 800℃exhibited finer fibrous grains,more uniform microstructure,shear zone present in some grains,less α texture,moreγtexture,as well as higher yield strength and tensile strength,as compared with the 17Cr steel plate initially rolled at 900℃.
