摘要
为提高大学生制备金相试样的水平,我国常举办大学生金相试样制备大赛。分析了某次大学生金相试样制备大赛用的纯铁、20钢、45钢和球墨铸铁的金相试样出现的诸如抛光划痕、明暗晶、双晶界、发黄和石墨球脱落等缺陷产生的原因,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。
In order to raise the level of preparing metallographic specimen for college students,metallographic specimen preparation contests for college students were often held in China.The causes for the defects such as polishing scratches,light and dark grains,twining boundary,yellowing and graphite ball shedding which existed in metallographic specimens of pure iron,20 steel,45 steel,and nodular iron that were used in a metallographic specimen preparation contest for college students were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward on this basis.
