摘要
经过1180℃加热1 h后油冷至760℃左右空冷至室温,再于560℃回火4次的陶瓷用W2Mo9Cr4VCo8钢模具,在使用中断裂。对断裂模具进行了化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试和断口检验。结果表明:该模具有大量带状共晶碳化物,是模具开裂的主要原因。
W2Mo9Cr4VCo8 steel die used for ceramic,which was heated at 1180℃ for 1 h,oil cooled to about 760℃ and air cooled to room temperature,and then tempered at 560℃ four times,broke in service.The broken die was tested for chemical composition,microstructure,hardness and fracture pattern.The results showed that the die exhibited a large number of zonal eutectic carbide which proved to be an essential cause of the die breaking.
