2020年四川省妇幼保健机构中医药服务能力现状调查

Investigation on the status quo of Chinese medicine service capacity in maternal and child health institutions in 2020 in Sichuan Province

[目的]了解四川省妇幼保健机构中医药服务能力现状,从而促进四川省妇幼保健机构中医药服务能力提升。[方法]通过文献研究和专家咨询设计调查问卷,对全省所有妇幼保健机构进行电子问卷调查,从中医药服务基本条件、服务能力和参与妇幼保健服务3个方面进行分析。[结果]2020年四川省妇幼保健机构整体开设中医药专科服务的比例较低(56.93%),整体中医药基本条件不完善。中医科门诊诊疗人次占比较低(4.17%),机构平均配备中药种类数263种,平均掌握中医适宜技术7项,妇幼保健机构整体中医药服务能力有限,且其中医药参与妇幼保健服务程度不高。[结论]四川省妇幼保健机构中医科基础设施薄弱,中医类卫生技术人员极为短缺且掌握的中医适宜技术有限,难以满足妇幼人群的中医医疗保健服务需求,整体中医服务能力亟待提高。

Objective To know current situation of Chinese medicine service capacity in maternal and child health institutions in Sichuan Province so as to promote Chinese medicine(TCM)service capacity in maternal and child health institutions in Sichuan Province.Methods Literature research and expert consultation were used to design electronic questionnaire.Investigated all maternal and child health institutions in Sichuan Province.It analyzed three aspects from basic conditions,service capacity and participation in maternal and child health care services of TCM.Results In 2020,the proportion of TCM specialist services in maternal and child health care institutions was relatively low in Sichuan which accounted for 56.93%,and the overall basic conditions of TCM was poor.The proportion of outpatient visits person-time in TCM department was low which accounted for only 4.17%.Average equipped with 263 kinds of TCM drugs in the institutions,average master of 7 TCM appropriate technology.Overall TCM service capacity in maternal and child health institutions was limited,and the participation of TCM in maternal and child health care service was low.Conclusions The infrastructure of TCM department in maternal and child health care institutions is weak in Sichuan.The medical personnel of TCM is extremely shortage,and the master of TCM appropriate technology is limited.Therefore,it is difficult to meet health care service needs for women's and children's population.Overall TCM service capacity urgently needs to be improved.
