摘要 针对分段永磁直线同步电机(permanent magnet linear synchronous motor,PMLSM)初级绕组需要进行分段供电问题,提出了一种基于模型参考自适应系统(model reference adaptive system,MARS)算法的绕组切换策略。首先建立各项电磁参数随运动体位置变化的分段PMLSM数学方程,然后基于空间矢量解耦方法搭建初级绕组分段PMLSM的MRAS控制模型。在所提出的控制策略中,参考模型为分段PMLSM本身的数学模型,可调模型为含有速度变量的定子电流数学方程,并以李雅普诺夫定理超稳定性为基础自适应规律,使估算出来的速度快速收敛于真实速度,位置信号通过对速度进行积分而得到,通过位置信号对分段PMLSM的绕组进行切换。仿真实验结果表明,该控制策略具有很高的位置跟踪性能,而且能够根据位置信号实时对初级绕组进行切换,达到分段供电的目的。 A winding switching control strategy based on model reference adaptive system(MRAS)was designed to solve the problem of segmenting power supply of the segmented permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM).The piecewise PMLSM mathematical equation of the electromagnetic parameters changing with the position of the moving body is established.The MRAS control model of the piecewise permanent magnet linear synchronous motor with primary winding is built based on the space vector decoupling method.In the proposed control strategy,the reference model is the mathematical model of segmented PMLSM itself,and the adjustable model is the stator current mathematical equation with speed variable.The super-stability of Lyapunov theorem is taken as the basic adaptive law,so that the estimated velocity converges quickly to the real velocity.The position signal is obtained by integrating the speed,and the winding of the segmented PMLSM is switched by the position signal.The simulation results indicate that the control strategy proposed has high position tracking performance and robustness,and can switch the primary winding in real time according to the position signal,so as to achieve the purpose of segmented power supply.
