摘要
体验经济下,营造体验成为创造价值的重要机会。本文分析了首饰佩戴过程中体验形成的机理,以及影响体验的各种要素,梳理了首饰中用户体验的外延与内涵。首饰设计中的多元体验能够带给用户美好的感受,同时企业通过营造良好的用户体验来创造价值以及收获具有忠实度的客户。本文在体验设计的视角下,将首饰的体验设计分解为感官体验、行为体验、环境体验三个模块,使首饰蕴含丰富的体验,以迎合消费者需求的转变。首饰体验设计是指不再孤立地看待首饰的外观、功能和包装,而是为用户创造感受和经历,产生一种综合的效应。设计师和企业对于这种效应的引导和规划形成了首饰中的体验设计。
Under the experience economy, creating experience has become an important opportunity to create value. This paper analyzes the mechanism of experience formation in the process of jewelry wearing, as well as various elements affecting experience, and combs the extension and connotation of user experience in jewelry. The diversified experience in jewelry design can bring users a good feeling. At the same time, enterprises create value and harvest loyal customers by creating experience. From the perspective of experience design, this paper decomposes the experience design of jewelry into three modules: sensory experience, behavioral experience and environmental experience, so that jewelry contains rich experience to meet the change of consumer demand. Jewelry experience design refers to no longer looking at the appearance, function and packaging of jewelry in isolation, but creating feelings and experiences for users to produce a comprehensive effect. The guidance and planning of designers and enterprises for this effect form the experience design in jewelry.
