二硫化碳-四氯化碳精馏过程模拟与优化 被引量:2

摘要 为实现二硫化碳氯化工艺中产生的二硫化碳和四氯化碳的完全回收,利用Aspen Plus软件对二硫化碳四氯化碳混合物的精馏I艺进行了模拟计算。分析了理论塔板数、进料口位置回流比对分离效果的影响,选出最适宜的工艺条件:理论塔板数为21块,进料口位于第9块塔板,回流比为1.9。在该工艺条件下,塔顶温度为46.9℃,二硫化碳质量分数为95.1%,满足氯化合成全氯甲硫醇的含量要求;塔底温度76.5℃,四氯化碳质量分数为99.8%,符合GBT 4119-2008对四氯化碳含量的要求。 In order to realize the complete recovery of carbon disulfide and carbon tetrachloride produced in carbon disulfide chlorination process,the distillation process of carbon disulfide and carbon tetrachloride mixture was simulated by Aspen Plus software.The influences of theoretical tray number,feed inlet position and reflux ratio on the separation effect were analyzed.The most suitable process conditions were selected:the number of theoretical trays was 21,the feed inlet was located on the 9th tray,and the reflux ratio was 1.9.Under the process conditions,the tower top temperature was 46.9℃,the mass fraction of carbon disulfide was 95.1%,meeting the content requirements of chlorination,synthesis of,perchlo-romethylmercaptan.The tower bottom temperature was 76.5℃,and the mass fraction of carbon tetrachloride was 99.8%,meeting the requirements carbon tetrachloride content in GBT 4119-2008.
