CMR single shot true-fisp-PSIR序列在心律失常伴发急性心肌梗死患者中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨single shot true-fisp-PSIR序列在心律失常患者伴发急性心肌梗死(Acute myocardial infarction,AMI中的应用价值。方法:收集本院2019年8月—2021年2月期间经临床诊断心律失常且高度怀疑AMI的患者30例,经LGECMR中的single shot true-fisp-PSIR序列进行检查,与传统segmented-turbo-flash-PSIR序列相比。评价两种检查序列对AMI患者的检查图像质量,对比两个序列对左心室坏死心肌受累范围评价。并采用T检验进行统计学分析。结果:single shot truefisp-PSIR序列与传统segmented-turbo-flash-PSIR序列相比在心律失常患者中诊断AMI图像质量上有统计学意义(P<0.05),诊断心肌病变范围有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:single shot true-fisp-PSIR序列与传统segmented-turbo-flash-PSIR序列相比,在心律失常患者的检查中,前者在能够达到诊断要求的同时在图像质量上更具有优势,有助于AMI的检出。 Objective:To investigate the application value of single shot true-fisp-PSIR sequence in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in patients with arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 30 patients with clinically diagnosed arrhythmias and highly suspected AMI in our hospital from August 2019 to February 2021 were collected and examined by the single shot true-fisp-PSIR sequences in LGE-CMR,which was compared with the conventional segmented-turbo-flash-PSIR sequence.The image quality of the two sequences in patients with arrhythmia was evaluated,and the evaluation of the left ventricular necrotic myocardial involvement range of the two sequences was compared.T-test was used for statistical analysis.Results:Compared with the traditional segmented-turbo-flash-PSIR sequence,the single shot true-fisp-PSIR sequence had statistical significance in the image quality of AMI diagnosis in patients with arrhythmia(P<0.05),and had statistical significance in the range of myocardial lesions(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional segmented turbo-flash-PSIR sequence,the single shot true-fisp-PSIR sequence can meet the diagnostic requirements and has more advantages in image quality in the examination of patients with arrhythmia,which is helpful for the detection of AMI.
