城轨变流器IGBT实时结温快速计算 被引量:2

摘要 开发了一种集成损耗计算和绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)实时结温计算一体的实时结温快速算法,可实现城轨实际应用中的快速结温计算评估。以某城轨线运行车辆为研究对象,将全线路运行的电气数据作为输入,通过实时结温快速算法计算得到实时工况的损耗、散热器温升、IGBT芯片结温及二极管芯片结温曲线,并用有限元仿真与试验数据验证,在保证仿真可靠性的基础上,用仿真结果验证了程序计算的准确性,为轨道交通变流器模块热管理正向优化设计工作提供指导。 A fast real-time junction temperature algorithm that integrates loss calculation and real-time junction tem-perature calculation of insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)is developed,which can realize fast junction tempera-ture calculation and evaluation in practical urban rail applications.Taking a certain urban rail line running vehicle as the research object,the electrical data of the whole line running as input,the real-time operating condition loss,radia-tor temperature rise,IGBT chip junction temperature and diode chip junction temperature curve are calculated through the real-time junction temperature fast algorithm.In addition,finite element simulation and test data are used to verify.On the basis of ensuring the reliability of the simulation,the simulation results verify the accuracy of the program calculation,and provide guidance for the forward optimization design of the thermal management of the rail transit converter module.
