摘要 为了研究柔直换流阀可靠性及其可靠性提升的指标,首先从器件级到系统级建立系统可靠性模型,并研究了阀控设备中环流控制对可靠性的影响。根据仿真计算关键器件的失效率,并分析不同工况下换流阀的可靠性。接着基于故障树分析关键元件的可靠性灵敏度,并着重研究了取能电源和子模块冗余对可靠性的影响。最后基于多目标函数法对子模块冗余数进行了设计。 To study the reliability of converter valves and its reliability improvement indices,the reliability models of system are established from the device to system level and the influence of circulating current control on the reliabili-ty of MMC is analyzed in detail.Device failure rates are calculated according to simulation,and the reliability of the converter valve is studied under different working conditions.The sensitivity of key components on the reliability is analyzed based on fault tree method,and the power supply and submodule redundancy are studied emphatically.Finally,the redundancy of submodules are optimal designed based on multi-objective functions.
