用于两相交错并联升压变换器的耦合电感结构

摘要 提出了一种用于两相交错并联升压变换器的耦合电感结构及设计方法。与先前的耦合电感结构相比,同样可使各磁芯柱气隙保持相同,避免磁芯被切割,但同时可以获得更高的耦合因数,从而可以根据应用场合的需求以减少输入或电感电流纹波。在设计中为选择合适的磁芯,对所提出的耦合电感的面积乘积(AP)公式进行了推导,同时详细描述了耦合电感的设计方法。最后,通过一个设计实例验证了该设计方法的有效性。 Acoupled inductor structure and its design method used in two-phase interleaved Boost converter are pro-posed.Compared with the previous coupled inductor structure,the air gap of each legs can also be kept the same,and cutting the magnetic core is avoided,but a higher coupling coefficient can be obtained,so that the input or inductor current ripple can be reduced according to the requirements of application.In order to select the proper magnetic core,the area product(AP)equation of the proposed coupled inductor is derived,and the design method of the cou-pled inductor is described in detail.Finally,the validity of the design method is verified by a design example.
