基于HIL的光伏发电系统自动化测试

摘要 在通过准确建立模型来分析光伏发电系统运行特性、大规模光伏接入对电力系统影响中,参数辨识与模型验证成为基础和关键。两者均需进行多组测试试验,消耗大量时间和人力。因此在此针对上述问题,提出了一种基于硬件在环(HIL)仿真平台的自动测试方法。首先介绍了HIL仿真平台的基本架构。其次针对GB/T 32892-2016中的交流侧小扰动试验,简单介绍了试验步骤,并详细阐述了如何实现在OP4500和逆变器控制器之间的Modbus TCP通信。再次,利用Python来实现对有功参数、无功参数、扰动程度、扰动时间、数据收集、数据存储等的控制,进而实现交流侧小扰动试验的自动化测试。最后通过搭建的HIL仿真平台验证了所提自动化测试方案的有效性和优越性并给出了下一步的研究展望。 Parameter identification and model verification become the basis and key to accurately establish a model to analyze the operation characteristics of photovoltaic power generation system and the impact of large-scale photovoltaic access on power system.Both of them need to carry out multiple groups of tests,which consume a lot of time and manpower.Therefore,aiming at these problem,an automation test method based on hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) simulation platform is proposed.Firstly,the basic architecture of the HIL simulation platform is introduced.Secondly,in view of the small disturbance test of AC side in GB/T 32892-2016,the test steps are briefly introduced,and how to realize the Modbus TCP communication between OP4500 and inverter controller is described in detail.Thirdly,Python is used to control the active power parameters,reactive power parameters,disturbance degree,disturbance time,data collection,data storage,etc.,so as to realize the automation test of small disturbance test on the AC side.Finally,the HIL simulation platform is built to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed automation test scheme,and the future research prospects are given.
