摘要
利用元分析方法对1999-2019年的60项相关研究的91个效应值进行定量整合,探索了消极绩效反馈对企业投入的影响机制,并进一步尝试找出以往研究结果出现不一致情况的原因。结果发现:消极绩效反馈对企业研发投入与营销投入均存在显著的促进作用,且对营销投入的促进作用更强。此外,期望参考点类型、公司治理模式、所处经济体类型分别对消极绩效反馈与企业投入之间的关系起到不同的调节影响。
Based on quantitatively integrating 91 effect sizes from 60 relevant studies from 1999 to 2019 by Meta-Analysis method, this paper explores the influence mechanism of negative performance feedback on enterprise investment, and tries to find out the reasons for the inconsistency of previous research results.Results show that the negative performance feedback has a significant positive effect on both marketing investment and R&D investment, and has a stronger promoting effect on the former one.In addition, the type of performance reference, corporate governance model and the economic environment in which the enterprise is located will moderate the relationship between the negative performance feedback and enterprises′ investment.
