双向FDI协调发展如何降低区域CO_(2)排放强度?--基于企业绿色技术创新的中介效应与政府质量的调节作用 被引量:19

How does Coordinated Development of Two-Way FDI Reduce Regional CO_(2) Emission Intensity?--Based on the Mediating Effect of Enterprise Green Technology Innovation and the Moderating Effect of Government Quality

摘要 构建有调节的中介效应模型,基于企业绿色技术创新的中介路径与政府质量的调节效应探讨双向FDI协调发展的减排路径。结果发现:双向FDI协调发展对区域CO_(2)排放强度的正向直接效应显著,企业绿色技术创新在双向FDI与区域CO_(2)排放强度之间存在负向的部分中介效应,但双向FDI协调发展通过促进企业绿色技术创新进而抑制区域CO_(2)排放强度的间接效应所占比重较低;政府质量正向调节双向FDI协调发展对企业绿色技术创新的积极影响,同时强化企业绿色技术创新对CO_(2)排放强度的抑制作用,在高水平的政府质量调节作用下,双向FDI协调发展通过促进企业绿色技术创新进而抑制区域CO_(2)排放强度的间接效应占比大幅上升;当lnGQ_(it)提升至均值正0.506个单位时,双向FDI协调发展对区域CO_(2)排放强度的正向总效应最低,影响系数为0.092。因此,政府是促使双向FDI协调发展通过提升企业绿色技术创新水平进而降低CO_(2)排放强度的关键之匙,应重视政府质量的调节作用。 This paper constructs a moderated intermediary effect model to explore the emission reduction path of the coordinated development of two-way FDI from the intermediary path of corporate green technological innovation and the adjustment effect of government quality.Result shows that,the coordinated development of two-way FDI has significant positive direct effects on regional CO_(2) emission intensity,and also corporate green technology innovation has a negative partial mediating effect between two-way FDI and regional CO_(2) emission intensity.However,the coordinated development of two-way FDI has a relatively low proportion of indirect effects of inhibiting regional CO_(2) emission intensity by promoting corporate green technological innovation.The quality of government not only positively regulates the positive impact of the coordinated development of two-way FDI on corporate green technology innovation,but also strengthens the inhibitory effect of corporate green technology innovation on CO_(2) emission intensity.Under the effect of high level of government quality regulation,the indirect effect of coordinated development of two-way FDI in inhibiting regional CO_(2) emission intensity by promoting green technology innovation of enterprises increased significantly.The coordinated development of two-way FDI has the lowest overall effect on regional CO_(2) emission intensity,which the influence coefficient is 0.092,When lnGQit increased to a positive 0.506 unit on average.Therefore,attention should be paid to the regulatory role of government quality,which is the key to promote the coordinated development of two-way FDI to reduce the intensity of CO_(2) emissions by improving the level of corporate green technology innovation.
