青岛里院形成于上世纪二三十年代,到上世纪40年代达到鼎盛时期。里院是青岛颇具特色的地域性传统民居建筑形式,它由西式洋楼与四合院巧妙结合而来的,曾作为青岛普遍的民居形式存在着。X'FAT&仓库售卖就开在四方路的泰福里,这个始建于1922年的里院与网红打卡地广兴里一路之隔,只是泰福里名气没有广兴里那么大,尚未完全被大家所熟知,小二层的格局依旧保留着最原汁原味的风韵。不需门户大开,里院的私密性足够让人想要探寻。
The Liyuan architecture of Qingdao took shape in the 1920s and 1930s and reached its peak in the 1940s.AS a traditional architectural form with distinctive Qingdao characteristics,Liyuan was once a common residential form for middle and lower class residents in Qingdao.It is the result of ingenious combination of Western-style villas and Siheyuan(quadrangles).
