The large-scale art exhibi-tion tiled Man Ray and His Muses held at Tag Art Museum shows multiple artistic identities of Man Ray(1890-1976),a pioneer of art in the 20th cen-tury who created many influential and enduring works,throughout his career.These identities include Dadaist,Paris surrealist,portraitist and fashion photographer,paint-er,filmmaker,writer and sculptor.This exhibition displays nearly 250 works of Man Ray,covering photography,painting,sculpture,jewelry,literature and other media.The exhibition reviews the matur-ing process of his works under the multicultural background and ex-plores the rich and contradictory relationships between artists and their muses.
