理想信念是人们的世界观、人生观、价值观在奋斗目标上的集中体现。青年学生的信仰和行动决定未来国家和民族的命运,因此,加强大学生理想信念教育,是高等教育人才培养的重要研究课题,也是促进大学生健康成长和全面发展的现实需要。晋商精神是山西商人文化心理、思维方式、价值取向以及理想信念的凝练表达,蕴含着深厚的中国传统文化基因,对大学生理想信念教育具有重要的推动作用。合理开发利用晋商精神的宝贵资源,密切结合实践,对大学生理想信念教育有着重要和深远的意义。

Ideals and beliefs materialize people’s world outlook and outlook on life and values embodied in their crusade.The belief and action of the youth has an effect on the destiny of our country and nation.Therefore,strengthening the ideal and belief education of college students is an important research of talents training in higher education,and also a realistic need to promote the healthy growth and all-round development of college students.Shanxi merchants’spirit is the concise expression of their cultural psychology,mode of thinking,value orientation as well as ideal and faith,which contains profound values gene of traditional Chinese culture and plays an important role in the ideal and faith education on college students.Rational exploitation and utilization of this precious resource,closely combined with practice,is of great significance to the ideal and faith education on college students.
